And somewhere in time. Well, sometime in the 1950s.

Looks like a Studebaker, a Ford(?), and a Chevy on the right. Possibly a Caddy in the distance.

My grandparents were stationed in Japan in the 50's, and one of my uncles was actually born there (well, on the US Army base). I really to look through the photos we have from over there again. I haven’t looked at them since I was in middle school.

I am guessing Okinawa because of all the American cars.

The light blue car is a Buick. But that other blue car is something quite weird. It doesn’t seem to be a small car as it’s a lot higher than the Ford behind it. B ut the nose is very short. It looks like an early H olden with a shortened nose. It could some forgo tten model made by on of the defunct Japanese brands . B ut I’m completely out of ideas.

The blue car is extremely interesting. Possibly a Tama Junior
electric - I don’t believe any examples survive.

The grille looked very Buick to me, but I went with Caddy because it looked like it had one of those giant Wreath and Crests on the hood
50s Caddys had. I think you’re right, though.
The other car looks like a cross between a Hudson and a Stude to me.

I was wondering what that was,

Here’s a vid of one, an earlier model (this is the only complete Tama in existence I think).
